Horrortrip. Gefangen in Hotel welches dahinvegetiert. Überhaupt nicht geeignet für Familien und Kinder. "All Inklusiv" Urlaub - einzige Leistung war das gratis Strandtuch
Eine Katastrophe! Zimmer sehr veraltet. Laute, tropfenden Klimaanlagen. Bettwäsche schmutzig, wurde nicht einmal gewechselt. Zum Glück hatten wir Desinfektionsmittel mit. Bad nicht geputzt. Vorhänge zerrissen und voller Brandlöcher.
Kein Obst. Nicht einmal Sodawasser wurde einem zur Verfügung gestellt. Plastikbecher wurden nur abgespült. Ekelhaft.
Sehr unfreundliches Personal
Nahe Flughafen. Leute wurden in Kleinbusse gezwängt. Koffer sind ungesichert auf die Leute gefallen. Ausflugsziele sehr weit weg.

Dear valuable Guest It was our pleasure having your good-self as a guest in Elphistone , concerning your observations , please kindly note the following : - your transportation from the airport to the hotel is out of our responsibility - we a housekeeping department, they are caring about the cleanliness, and the linen changing on daily basis , except for the room with (don't disturb sign). and it was so easy to ask the reception to change the room for you. as your observation is very strange specially the rooms cleanliness. - we feel sorry that you didn't like any thing since you go out of the airport. - We checked all our records ( computerized & documentation ) unfortunately we did not find any of your observations you wrote down in your comment , If we would receive any we would take an immediate action to make your holiday more satisfied.
