Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Gute (tlw sehr gute) Kulinarik. Gut organisiertes Transportsystem innerhalb des Resorts.
Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel. Ameisen im Zimmer. Ausstattung in Ordnung, jedoch Badamaturen desolat/kaputt.
Sehr gut. Einzige Enttäuschung war das Restaurant Don Pablo (Essensqualität, Service).
Zimmer- und Butlerservice sehr gut. Rezeption/Reklamationsabwicklung sehr mangelhaft bzw. nicht zufriedenstellend. Fehler werden geleugnet und der Wille zur Lösungsfindung ist ‚überschaubar‘.
Ca 1h20min vom Flughafen Cancun. Sehr schöne Ausflugsziele (Sian Ka:an, etc.), Fokus auf Öko-Tourismus. Kultur und Tradition spielen eine wichtige Rolle.

Die Fitnessräume gehören DRINGEND überholt bzw. generalsaniert. Der Zustand entspricht nicht mal jenem eines 3*-Resorts. Entertainment nutzen wir nicht. Poolanlagen sind weitläufig, unter tags ist die Hygiene durch eine Unmenge an leeren Trinkbechern gefährdet.
