Although Beach Villas were unavailable for the first three nights of your stay, we arranged a complimentary upgrade to an Over Water Villa, followed by Beach Villa accommodation for the remainder of your holiday. This arrangement was secured well in advance to ensure you could enjoy your time with us. Unfortunately, a miscommunication in the booking system led to TUI issuing a cancellation notice. As soon as we were made aware, our team immediately reached out to both you and the sub-agent to confirm that your booking was still valid and that your accommodation was ready as planned. We are currently working closely with TUI to resolve this issue and reinstate your booking in their system. We sincerely regret the confusion and inconvenience this situation has caused.
