Die Lage des Hotels war gut, mit dem Fahrrad war man schnell am Hafen. Die Einrichtung des Hotels war ebenfalls in Ordnung, jedoch hatten wir einige Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Das Hotelpersonal hat sie aber vernichtet, danach war es wieder in Ordnung. Das Essen jedoch im Hotel ist eher 2-3 Sterne-mässig und sehr viele Speisen waren nicht beschriftet. Das Restaurant-Personal war nicht wirklich übermässig freundlich.

Dear Florence, We thank you for your review; We are sorry that your accommodation with us did not reach your expectations. There are regular pest controls taking place in our premises, but as you already know, Apollon is consisted of rooms in varied buildings spread among beautiful gardening flowers and trees. We are also sorry that you did not enjoy our food on offer; your comments related to the quality of food as well for the friendliness of our attentive staff in the restaurant, actually run totally against to what the vast majority of our guests usually tell us. Due to our records, we never had any complain from you on any of these matters, which is an actual pity, as we would have been pleased to assist on any issue that may have occurred during your stay. We all try hard to provide quality services for our guests and it is a pity when a valued guest like yourselves leave our hotel disappointed with his experience.
