Dear Joerg, Thank you for the time you've put into this review; it is dissapointing to know that a valued guest left our Hotel unsatisfied with his experience especially when we were given no chance to provide our services during his presence in our Hotel; We kindly inform you that all catalogues of our partners Tour Operators have in detail our description so all potential holiday makers know exactly which their entitlements are and what they pay for! There is a tennis court, rakets and balls available at reception free of charge, basket ball field,also balls available at the desk free of charge, polo and a billiard table with equipment available also for free. Our food variation is consisted with 12 warm plates, 4 different types of meat on a grill during show cooking, 16-20 different salads, fruits selection as well as 5 different types of deserts on every meal setting! We actually wonder if these are not enough! We appreciate that you acknowledge our Housekeeping cleaning services but if there was any kind of a problem in the room, we would attend with pleasure if reported! Unfortunately, there is nothing in our records! As it is mentioned in the brochures, our alcohol as well as the soft drinks are from local production. Our guests comments are of the highest importance to us and yours will be surely evaluated for future improvements; it is indeed a pity though, when we are given no chance to provide our services for any requirements while guests are still in the Hotel.
