While we are not aware of any reported challenges from your side, please know that Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort tells the story of Samui through Sino-Thai design, charting the island’s history through vernacular architecture and whimsical, storied touches. For your comfort a 360 degree-view of all different room categories is available on our official website, showcasing the individual layouts and design prior to your stay. Based on the original content of your review we unfortunately do not have more details on hand to provide you a sufficient response regarding the reasoning of your dissatisfaction about our pool and beach area.
