Hätte ich gewusst, dass trotz SAT-TV nur 2 deutschsprachige Programme angeboten werden, hätte ich nicht gebucht. Von einen 4 Sterne Haus kann man definitiv mehr erwarten
Mein eigentlicher Kritikpunkt liegt beim SAT-TV. Es wird mit einen SAT-TV geworben. Damit verstehe ich, dass zumindestens mehrere deutschsprachige Programme zu sehen sind. Fakt ist aber, dass neben 'ARD' nur 'arte' vorhanden sind. Bei einen 4 Sterne Haus und auch vielen deutschsprachigen Gästen ist dies nicht akzeptabel. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich nicht gebucht.
Man hatte desöfteren den Eindruck, dass es an Servicepersonal mangelt. Die Tische wurden länger nicht geräumt
