Das Zimmer wird nicht gut gepflegt durch das Personal. Wir müssten sie drei mal warnen damit sie endlich saubere Handtücher und saubere Bettwäsche brachten. Einmal fanden wir Kakerlake auf dem Boden. Das Frühstück war ziemlich gut, jeden Tag mit gleichem Buffet. Das einzige was wir super fanden war; das Meer und der Strand gleich am Hotel, etwa 1 Gehminute. Der Strand und das Meer ist mit vielen Steinen und Felsen, was unangenehm war hinein zu gehen und darin zu gehen. Zu wenig Attraktionen. Spa zu teuer. Alle Getränke zu bezahlen (teuer).

Dear Mr Seren, Thank You for Your stay with us and for providing us with Your feedback. We are sorry if there was any misunderstanding and that we didn't exceeded Your expectations regarding Your holidays. Our housekeeping is doing hard work each day to make our guests feel warm, welcomed and relaxed during their vacation. Housekeeping working hours are from 8am to 4pm, and towels are changed after Your throw them on the floor, which is explained in the info map in the room. Bed lines are changed every three days. Also, our housekeeping can not touch Your personal belongings, so sometimes it can be a venture, when families with children and all of the things. Our hotel is located in a beautiful area with much of nature, so sometimes happens that there is some little insect entered through the open window, but hotel is desinfected regularly, so it should be fine. Our Spa Jure is an exclusive oasis of a place You are pampered. The ticket included use of a pool and baldachin, three different saunas, relax zone, towels, bathrobe, etc. It is 18+ only, so You can fully enjoy in peaceful environment. We are staying at Your service at any time to help You with all of the informations and to keep You posted about news and all facilities in our resort.
