We are delighted to know that you appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness and professionalism of our team, as well as the variety and quality of our food offerings. Your kind comments are truly motivating for all of us. Regarding the absence of toilets directly on the beach, we fully understand your observation. Please allow us to clarify that, according to municipal regulations and local beach operation legislation, hotels are unfortunately not permitted to install movable WC facilities on the beach area. Only the municipality is authorized to provide such installations. Nevertheless, restroom facilities are available within the hotel premises, located close to the beach area for our guests’ convenience. We also appreciate your comment regarding the German language skills of our staff. While our team communicates In German in Reception department, in Animation team and at the restaurant and several other languages, we continuously work on improving our multilingual service experience for all our international guests.
