Das war unser schlechtester Urlaub! Essen ungeniesbar, total verkocht. Personal - bis auf 5 wirklich nette - absolut unfreundlich und frech. Aufgrund des sehr nahe stehenden Nachbarhotels abends extrem laut: ständige Veranstaltungen mit Micro auf der open-air-Dachterrasse. Sauberkeit im Zimmer schlecht trotz Hinweis an Rezeption; wir haben dann die Schmutzreste unserer Vorgänger im Bad selbst weggeputzt. Gegen die Liegenreservierungen der fremden (nicht Akti-Gäste) Benutzer wurde trotz Hinweisen nicht reagiert. Gäste bestehen zu 80% aus Russen, 15% Britisch... Nie mehr wieder!

Dear Verena Distinguishing how observational you are from your comments, I must say that surely you observed many good things about our Village resort as well but for your own reasons you did not choose to write. Myself though I must reply only to your above written comments therefore I will like to say that if you read in "HolidayCheck" and other review pages you will see many - many time as other reviewers below that stayed here at the same period with yourselves that describe the food as "Food is Great". Therefore I must say that opinions vary with the biggest percentage in favor of AKTI having good food. Even bigger percentage is the difference in favor of how friendly our AKTI staff is. And in closing I must clarify to you that your statistics are far away from real. When you were staying here the NATIONALITIES were: Germans 26%, French 8%, Other Nations 9%, Russians 31% and U.K. 26%. Sorry we could not reach your expectations but at least I am happy to give you the facts!
