Aus DeutschlandHerzlicher Empfang von Basem bei nächtlicher Ankunft! Durch ihn bekam ich sogar ein Zimmerupgrade auf die 7. Etage mit einer Dusche im Bad! Ganz hervorragender Service, vermute,da ich erneut dieses Hotel besucht habe! Der Service von allen Mitarbeitern ist überall positiv hervorzuheben! Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und wollen,dass man sich wohl fühlt Überwiegend sind russische Gäste anzutreffen. Manche sind sehr nett und man kann Freundschaften schließen! Das Essen hat sich im Vergleich zum April etwas verschlechtert!
