Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt gemischt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das durchweg freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal im Service. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets hilfsbereit und haben sich sehr bemüht, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Auch die Tauchbasis ist besonders positiv aufgefallen: familiär geführt, kompetent und gut organisiert. Wer Interesse am Tauchen hat, ist dort in guten Händen. Das Hausriff wunderschön und abwechslungsreich. Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung und zufriedenstellend, ohne besondere Highlights, aber solide. Kritisch sehe ich jedoch einige organisatorische Punkte: Der Check-out ist bereits um 11 Uhr, was trotz All-Inclusive-Konzept recht früh wirkt. Eine Zimmerverlängerung bis 18 Uhr ist zwar möglich, jedoch müssen dann alle Getränke und Mahlzeiten zusätzlich bezahlt werden, was das All-Inclusive-Gefühl stark einschränkt. Ein weiterer Punkt ist der Strandbereich: Es gibt zwar einen Strand, jedoch keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer zum Schwimmen, was für viele Gäste vermutlich enttäuschend ist. Auffällig war zudem die sehr geringe Auslastung des Hotels. Es stellt sich die Frage, woran das liegt – möglicherweise spielen genau solche Einschränkungen eine Rolle. Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt mit guten Ansätzen, insbesondere beim Service und der Tauchbasis, jedoch mit deutlichem Verbesserungspotenzial bei den Rahmenbedingungen und der Transparenz des All-I¹nclusive-Angebots.

Our usual check-in time is 15:00 hours; however, in most cases, our guests are able to access their rooms before 13:30. The all-inclusive service concludes at the official departure time of noon. While our clients are welcome to remain at the hotel, any additional consumption will incur charges, which is standard practice worldwide. We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to room availability and at an additional cost to cover associated expenses. Our furnishings are of a rustic style that reflects the charm of the resort, yet they are not old. We conduct ongoing maintenance, taking into account our location and proximity to the Red Sea.
