The hotel has 719 tastefully designed guest rooms and serviced suites offering guests with all-round in-room facilities such as LCD TV with Satellite TV channels, Wi-fi internet access, individually thermostat controlled, tea and coffee making facilities, bathroom amenities, hairdryers and electronic safe. Other onsite facilities include 24-hour reception, concierge, business centre, conference facilities, laundry and dry cleaning services, restaurants, lobby lounge, deli corner, room service, fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool (subject to seasonal opening), sauna and much more. According to the Hong Kong Government’s new law, Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023, effective from 22nd April 2024, hotels are not allowed to provide disposable toiletries and in-room plastic bottled water to guests for free but can be provided upon request at a charge. *Annual Maintenance of Outdoor Swimming Pool* In order to provide a better environment for our guests, the outdoor swimming pool will be closed for annual maintenance from December 2025 to March 2026.
