Serena, Marco and Jacapo are very happy to welcome you into their home and provide you two rooms: one double room, the other quadruple room ( double room with loft where you can find a desk and sofa bed), free wi-fi, cot available, enclosed garden and parking,. Cyclists and motorcyclists are particularly welcome. An abundant and healthy breakfast will be served in our dining room or in the garden and is included in the price. In the village there are bars, shops, bank, bakery, newsagent, pharmacy, bus stop, stables, restaurants and pizzerias. Just seven kilometers away there are cinemas, theater, swimming pool and gym facilities.

GENERAL INFORMATION: This B & B is located in Villa Santina in the province of Udine. Rich in natural beauty, but also in history and art, events and traditions, Carnia, the mountainous area north-west of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, offers many opportunities for leisure activities throughout the year. For those who love bold alpine climbing, as for those who are looking for more easy trips to the Carnic Alps and the Friulian Dolomites make for an ideal vacation. You can explore on foot, mountain bike or horseback in the summer, ski (downhill and x-country) or snowshoeing in the winter, along a range of trails (from easy to advance) that are well marked and provide spectacular views. The town is an ideal starting point for cycling on the climbs of the Tour of Italy – particularly the Zoncolan (12 km to the attack of the climb) and the still untouched Crostis. For those who love art and culture, you are close to Illegio where every year there are exhibitions of sacred art that is international renowned, while the museum networks of Carnia cover a wide range of interests. Hiking trails such as the path of Churches and Faith provide the opportunity to travel on foot or by mountain bike. These trails allow you to discover the fascinating hidden corners of Carnia passing through the history for the Roman city of Iulium Carnicum. In winter the nearby snow-covered slopes of the Zoncolan guarantee fun for all winter sports enthusiasts with the opportunity to end the day at the spa of Arta Terme.
