Das Hotel befindet sich mitten im "Nirgendwo", auch eine anständige Straße (asphaltiert) zum Hotel ist nicht vorhanden. Von der Hauptstrasse bis zum Hotel überquert man mit dem Reisebus ca. 30 Minuten Wüstengebiet. Von Außen kann man nur schwer erkennen, dass das Viva Blue ein Hotel ist. Die Anlage macht äußerlich einen eher verlassenen und heruntergekommenen Eindruck. An der Rezeption wurden wir freundlich begrüsst und aufs Zimmer gebracht. Hier stellten wir fest, dass das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde (schmutziger Boden und Teppich, Flecken/Haare auf dem Bett, etc.). Dies reklamierten wir auch sofort an der Rezeption, leider fanden wir unser Zimmer auch nach der "Reinigung" schmutzig auf. Es gab 2 Pools, die Pools sahen ungepflegt und verlassen aus. Von einer Poolbar oder Getränken keine Spur. Wir entschieden uns, den Strand am Hotel zu besuchen, auf dem Weg dorthin konnten wir eine Pool-/Strandbar finden, aus der schreckliche Musik ertönte, aber wir wenigstens Wasser bekamen. Der Strand war ebenfalls eher in ungepflegtem Zustand und eher menschenleer. Für das kleine "Hotel" war das Buffet beim Abendessen und Frühstück OK. Wir konnten das Hotel durch Mitwirken der Rezeption/Reiseleiter nach einer Nacht verlassen. Mit einer Wiederkehr in dieses Hotel ist nicht zu rechnen.

Dear Miss Nadine, This comment is a reply to your comment during your one night stay to our resort and of course; you will find our answer specified as (VIVA) and your comments as (Nadine). ✘ (Nadine) The hotel is in the middle of "nowhere"; also a decent street (asphalted) to the hotel is not available. From the main street to the hotel you cross with the coach about 30 minutes desert area. From the outside it is difficult to see that the Viva Blue is a hotel. The area makes on the outside a rather deserted and depressed impression • (VIVA) we are a resort (the word explains itself) our location is clearly marked in all brochures of all German tour operators, our web site and our Facebook too. Did you read what you are buying??. ✘ (Nadine) at the front desk we were greeted friendly and brought to the room. Here we found that the room was not cleaned (dirty floor and carpet, stains / hair on the bed, etc.). This we complained immediately at the front desk, unfortunately we found our room also after the "cleaning" dirty • (VIVA) we do not have such type of complaints regarding cleanliness!! Our entire guest are happy with the standards of housekeeping, however mistakes could happen, and we apologies for that. ✘ (Nadine) There were 2 pools; the pools looked unkempt and abandoned. From a pool bar or drinks no trace. We decided to go to the beach at the hotel, on the way we could find a pool / beach bar, from which terrible music sounded, but we at least got water. The beach was also rather in unkempt condition and rather in untidy condition and rather deserted. For the small "hotel" the buffet at dinner and breakfast was OK. We could leave the hotel by the cooperation of the reception / guide after one night. With a return to this hotel is not to be expected. • (VIVA) you are single young person so you should choose what suits your personality and aspirations in the place you are willing to spend your holiday. You did not go through the resort fact sheet, and I think you made wrong choice – face your choices, Viva Blue never downgraded to 1 out of 6 specially you came late in evening and left early the second day . Staff and management of Viva resort are working very hard to provide and maintain good service to their guests, so I really recommend you in your future holidays to read carefully what you are buying.
