Toll, schön, sauber, perfekt bis ins kleinste Detail!!! Gerne und am liebesten sofort wieder!!! Bestes Hotel meines Lebens! Super freundliches Personal! Great, beautiful, clean and perfect until the smallest detail! Would love to go there again, at once!!! ;-) Best hotel in my life! Most caring staff!

Einfach toll! Riesig! Riesige, schöne Küche (Kühl-/Gefrierschrank & Mikrowelle), allerdings sonst komplett leer. (kein Besteck etc). Ein großer Wohnraum (Essbereich, Wohnzimmerbereich, Schreibtisch) mit Wohlfühlfaktor. Zwei getrennte Schlafräume: ein riesiges mit Doppelbett und großem Bad, ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Von allen drei Räumen gelangt man auf den großzügigen Balkon mit Aussicht auf den Burj al Arab. Sehr durchdacht ist, dass neben den Betten Steckdosen für Ladekabel angebracht sind - sonst Adapter für Steckdosen nicht vergessen. Beleuchteter Schrank mit Safe. Sehr, sehr großzüige Suiten! Amazing! Huge! Very big, nice kitchen (fridge/frieezer & microwave), but not equiped. Big room (dining area, couch area, desk) which let you feel like home. Two seperated bedrooms: one with big double bed and big bathroom, the other one with two beds and own bathroom. All the three rooms offer access to the quite big balcony with a beautiful view to Burj al Arab. We found it great, that there are charger sockets for the mobiles next to the beds - adapter for other sockets needed. Lit wardrobe with deposit. Very, very big suites!

Frühstück: großes Angebot. Omlett-Station. Alles peinlich sauber. Angenehme Atmosphäre, allerdings zu Stoßzeiten kein Platz im großen Speisesaal, man wird dann in den eher dunkeln Nebenraum gesetzt. Personal aber auch hier überall zuvorkommend. Frühstücksbüffet eher auf arabische Gäste ausgerichtet (Wurst: täglich 2 versch. Mortadellas - Ende; das wäre aber der einzige kleine Verbesserungspunkt). Aber sonst von (echter) Nutella bis Würstchen alles da. Gebäck ist gut, könnte vllt etwas mehr Auswahl sein. In der Lobby ist ein kleines Kaffeehaus mit Süßem. Ansonsten befinden sich einige Restaurants im Hotel (libanesisch, italienisch,...) Wir haben indisch aufs Zimmer bestellt. War in 30 min da und war reichlich und gut und preisgünstig. Breakfast: big variety. Omlett station. Extremely clean. Nice atmosphere, but during the "rush hour" no more tables in the big dining hall - one gets seated in a little dark room next doors. Breakfast buffet is more or less oriented to Arabic guests. (Sausage/ham: daily 2 kinds of mortadella - that's it - that would be the only tiny thing to improve). But despite that there's plenty for everybody form (orignial) Nutella until grilled sausages. Bread/rolls tastes fine, there could maybe be more choice. There is a café in the lobby which offers sweet stuff. And there are several restaurants in the hotel (Lebanon, Italian,...) We ordered Indian food into our room. Took about 30 mins to be delivered, was quite much, tasty and at a moderate price.

Top von der Rezeption, über Concierge, Kellner, Putzpersonal, etc..... Alle überall freundlich und hilfsbereit! Einfach perfekt! Das Hotel bietet Strand-Shuttle an - man muss sich allerdings anmelden und ist nicht immer noch was frei, außerdem fuhr es zum Strand beim Burj al Arab, welcher zwar ein schöner , breiter Sandstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser ist, aber nebenan ist Baustelle und rundum kaum Infrastruktur. Belebter ist der Jumeirah Public Beach, da kann man auch Liegen etc mieten. Top form reception to conciere, waiters, cleaning stuff, etc. Everybody just friendly and concerened. Just perfect! The hotel offers shuttle service to a beach next to Burj al Arab, which is a nice and clean wide sandy beach with cristal clear water, but next to it to the other side of Burj there s a work site and hardly anything to do or buy. Much livlier is Jumeirah Public Beach, there are lot of things to do/buy, sunbeds to rent etc.

Fahrt zum Hotel war etwa 30 mins. Im Hotel ist ein relativ teurer Minishop, gut sortiert, 24 Std. geöffnet. Gegenüber der Zufahrt ist ein Supermarkt, mit moderateren Preisen, und eine oder zwei Straßen weiter findet man einen sehr günstigen Supermarkt. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Zugang zur U-Bahn. Das Hotel hat mehrere verschiedene Restaurants (die ins Zimmer liefern), aber zum Weggehen oder Spazieren ist die Umgebung eher nicht geeignet. Zu Fuss ist nichts Sehenswertes zu erreichen. Airport - Hotel ~ 30 mins There is a 24 h mini shop next to the lobby, well assorted, but rel. expensive. Opposite the hotel there is a supermarket at moderate prices; one or two streets further there is a cheap supermarket. There is a subway entrance just next to the hotel. It offers several different restaurants (which deliver into the room), but it is not the right location for going out or going for a walk. You will not reach anything worth seeing by foot.

Wir waren nur kurz am Infinity pool / whirlpool. Schöne Aussicht auf Burj al Arab und Schihalle. Aber es wird sogar ein Kinderclub angeboten, es gibt ein Fitness center und einiges mehr. We were only at the infinity pool because of the view. Nice view to Burj and Mall with skiing slope. They offer a kids club, a fitness centre and some more things.
