Aus DeutschlandAlle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Alexandra. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie versuchte alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Dank ihren Bemühungen haben wir uns sehr wohl in Tower Rotana gefühlt. Wir haben u.a. durch Alexandras Engagement ein tolles Zimmer und vieles mehr bekommen. Wir werden das Hotel auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen, vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter.
