We would like to clarify that towels and beach towels are provided in the guestroom at no extra charge. We are confused by your comment about a fee for towels. Additionally, hair dryers are available in all guestrooms, carefully stored in a bag in the bathroom. We wish we had been aware of these issues during your stay so our team could have assisted you promptly.
