Das Hotel ist abgenutzt. Ich würde es nicht wieder besuchen. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Keinesfalls vier Sterne.

    We were very surprised to find such comments about our hotel at the website. On the 6th of November there was plane delay for the group of tourists from Germany and our hotel was the only one, which agreed to serve nearly 200 guests in such unexpected circumstances. It was proposed the best service for the guests, fast check in and rooms with good view to make this short stay at the hotel comfortable. During check in and check out we assisted the guests about their problems, requests and questions. We have got only one request from most of the guests that they wanted alcoholic drinks, but we had the reservation from airplane company - soft all inclusive bracelets only (all alcoholic beverages were for extra payment). And we have already informed all the guests that we are not responsible for it. After this the guests started to shout that they are not satisfied. We want also to point out that the guests were present at the hotel only during several hours and it`s not possible to make proper opinion about the service and facilities of the hotel during this short period of time, especially because it was at night. So we kindly ask the administration of www.holidaycheck.com to delete these comments in order not to mislead the future tourists, who plan vacations at “Sunny Days El Palacio”. Finally, we would like to reassure you that full guest satisfaction is our main goal, which we want to reach every time. Best regards, Hotel Management
