Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to bring your feedback to our attention. We were very concerned to read your review and ratings awarded which deviate a lot from what the majority of our guests believe. Without wishing to be unsympathetic, we found your comment of being “a maximum 2 star hotel” to be slightly exaggerated and unfair. We would like to assure you that our star rating is official A’ Category (4 star) and has been awarded by the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) and felt sorry to note that this was not in line with your expectations of a four star hotel. Having said that, we would also like to emphasize that star rating systems are very subjective and can vary from global region to global region, country to country, and in many cases even within countries. Unfortunately there are not any further comments in regards to the low ratings assigned to certain aspects of our hotel and can only apologize if you felt that our resort was not able to meet your expectations.
