Dear Mrs Ilke, thank you for staying with us, Sofia Hotel is a small family run hotel, and has many guests who come back year after year to enjoy the peace and quite of the hotel and the area. The hotel offers 2 types of accommodation, Deluxe rooms (These can be made into a triple room if needed) and standard double rooms which are also used for single reservations. Your reservation was for a standard room and this is what was offered. With regards to the cleanliness of the hotel, we have always received excellent comments from our guests on how well looked after and clean our hotel is. Hotel Sofia does not have a restaurant and only provides breakfast for our guests. People who book half board take their meals at a nearby restaurant that offers a wide variety of food with both local and international dishes for guests to choose from. The hotel does not offer sports facilities or entertainment for the guests.
