We have read your comments regarding your stay carefully, and would like to inform you the following: 1- Regarding the front office desk, we will investigate and take an immediate action in case of we prove that is true. 2- Regarding to food make you were sick, please be informed that you can catch stomach ache from changing weather, and also maybe you were at the sun and then enter your room or the reception with air condition, as it is can cause stomach ache. 3- Regarding to the plastic glass, we keep it only for water dispensers, and for other beverage there are Acleric big glasses. 4- Regarding to the internet, we mentioned to all our travel agency brochures that it is for extra charge.
