We have read your comments regarding your stay carefully, and would like to clarify the following: * Regarding to the bad food we have 9 theme nights to match all the guests' taste, also many guests are satisfied with our food. * With regard to the different nationalities (Ukrainian and Egyptian tourists), please be aware that we treat each person and serve him as a guest without attention to his nationality, policy, relationship or color. * About the Animation team, they are doing their best to enjoy the guests whom would like to join them without any pressing from the team , also there is Patrick a German member from the team, he is caring all German guests in our hotel and you will find it mentioned in many reviews. * For the internet, it's actually mentioned in all travel agencies fact sheets.
