Aus DeutschlandHotel wurde oberflächlich renoviert, aber man merkt die alte Substanz noch sehr an mehreren Stellen im Hotel. Badezimmer sind weiterhin renovierungsbedürftig, Armaturen stark verkalkt und müssten ausgetauscht werden. Tolles Angebot an Kids Clubs, würde aber trotzdem einen Aufenthalt mit kleineren Kindern nicht empfehlen. Es gibt lediglich Salzwasserpools mit entweder 0.45m oder 1.60m Tiefe. Das stark Salz und chlorhaltige Wasser verfärbt die Schwimmlleidung und führt zu starken Augenreizungen. Poolbesuche waren so oft von sehr starkem Weinen unserer und anderer Kinder begleitet. Ein Baden ist quasi nur mit Schwimmbrille möglich. Obwohl es ein Kids Hotel ist haben es Kinder mit ca. 1m Größe schwer an Badezimmeramaturen zu kommen, kinderfreundliche Höhen sind nicht vorhanden. Babybetten werden nur erstmal mit einer zusammengefalteten Bettdecke und Bettlaken ausgeliefert - nur nach mehrmaliger Eskalation bekamen wir endlich eine Matratze ans Bett. Im Restaurant ist das Essen ok, Familien werden vom Personal aber angeschnauzt wenn Essensreste bei 1 jährigen Kindern auf dem Boden landen. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

We would like to clarify a few points for future guests: Our swimming pools are filled with naturally treated seawater, which is a feature we are proud of and clearly stated across all our communication channels. Many of our guests appreciate this as a healthier and more eco-friendly alternative to chemical-heavy pools. The pools are designed with varying depths, and swimming goggles are always recommended in seawater to avoid eye irritation – similar to the sea itself. Our Kids’ Club is one of the highlights of the resort, and we are pleased you recognized the variety of activities we offer. We continuously invest in improving our family services, including children’s facilities and equipment. Regarding the baby cot, mattresses are always provided, and we regret if this was not prepared to your satisfaction upon arrival. Cleanliness in our restaurants is important for the comfort of all guests. While staff are trained to maintain high standards, they are also instructed to do so with courtesy and respect. We value your comments and will use them to further improve.
