Das Zimmer war ok und wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Die Betten waren auch absolut in Ordnung. Der TV-Empfang ist im Hotel eine einzige Katastrophe.
Das Essen ist absolut in Ordnung. Allerdings hat man vor allem im Hauptrestaurant das Gefühl der Massenabfertigung. Sehr störend empfanden wir die Scharen an Spatzen, die sich sofort auf alles stürzten, was nicht beaufsichtigt wurde. Offensichtlich haben die Tiere dort jegliche Scheu vor dem Menschen verloren.
Sonderwünsche wurden vom Personal schnell erfüllt.
Direkt am roten Meeer. In der Umgebung sind nur 2 Hotel‘s und der Hafen, sonst aber nicht‘s. Der Flughafen Marsa Alam ist 10 Fahrminuten entfernt.

- Strand
Wirklich schwimmen konnte man in den grossen Pools nur schlecht, da das Wasser nicht wirklich tief war (ca. 1 Meter). Wir empfanden die Wassertemperatur in den Pools zudem als extrem kalt. Schwimmen im Meer war nur vorn an der Riffkante möglich (über etwa 100 Meter langen Steg ins Meer erreichbar), wenn einem dort der hohe Wellengang nichts ausmacht und man die Gefahren durch Raubfische ignoriert. Vom Strand aus war das Meer bereits nach 20 Metern abgesperrt wegen dem Schutz des Riffes, bei einem Wasserstand von 50 cm war daher dort Schwimmen unmöglich.
