Schön eingerichtete, saubere Zimmer mit ausreichend Stauraum. Allerdings gibt es zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: - Die Badezimmertüre, die oben und unten geöffnet ist. Privatsphäre bleibt dabei zwangsläufig auf der Strecke. - Sehr wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer. Am besten einen Mehrfachstecker aus DE mitbringen.
Das mit Abstand schlechteste am ganzen Hotel war das Essen. Hier muss sich definitiv etwas ändern. Sehr, sehr kleine Auswahl; außerdem gibt es gefühlt jeden Tag das gleiche. Das Essen war, leider, sehr häufig lauwarm bis kalt. Zum Frühstück gab es jeden Tag exakt das gleiche. Positiv zu erwähnen sind allerdings die frisch zubereiteten Pancakes und Omelettes. Deshalb gibt es anstatt 2 Sternen auch 3 Sterne.
Roomboy hat unser Zimmer jeden Tag vorbildlich gereinigt und sehr schöne Handtuchtiere hinterlassen. Auch das Personal an den Bars und an der Lobby war top! Die Kellner im Hauptrestaurant waren das große Manko. Geschirr wurde teilweise nicht abgeräumt und Getränke müsste man sich teilweise selber holen weil man ignoriert wurde. Sehr schade...
Hotel liegt nur ca. 10min Fahrzeit vom Flughafen entfernt mitten in der Wüste. Die nächste „große“ Stadt Marsa Alam ist ca. 50km entfernt.

In der Anlage gibt es Tennisplätze, Minigolf, einen Fitnessraum und ein Wellnesscenter (gegen Gebühr). Weitere Angebote finden sich an der Marina. Das Highlight war das schöne, hoteleigene Und Riff. Mit viel Glück sieht man sogar Delfine.

Guest feedback is important to the hotel as it allows us to further understand where we are performing to an excellent standard and areas we can look to further improve. All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
