Please note that the hotel is well renovated and we have preventative maintenance system in place followed and supervised by our trained staff to make sure that the hotel facilities are looking fresh and up to date. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
