Großer Hotelkomplex, bestehend aus 3 Hotels (Siva, Resort + Palace), schön angelegt, sehr gepflegt und sauber, mit schönem Hausriff, welcher über 2 Stege erreichbar ist.
Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber und nicht so hellhörig. Das Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche, die Abflüsse sowie sämtliche Armaturen funktionierten perfekt, ebenfalls war die WC-Spülung dicht. Das Bett war super und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Wie die meisten schon beschrieben haben findet jeder etwas zu essen, man wird sicher satt, aber geschmeckt hat es uns leider nicht. Das Fleisch war entweder noch nicht durch, meistens aber einfach nur kaputt gebraten. Auch der Fisch war leider nie nach unserem Geschmack.
Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und gar nicht Trinkgeldgeil.
Sehr schön gelegen. Am Strand rechts herum erreicht man das eigentliche Port Ghalib, also den Hafen mit ein paar Restaurants, Cafés und Shops. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass man ausgedehnte Strandspaziergänge unternehmen konnte, wenn man am Strand nach links abbog. Strandschuhe sind allerdings erforderlich.

Fitness und Wellness haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, am Pool waren wir auch nicht. Das Animationsteam gibt sich mühe.

Guest feedback is important to the hotel as it allows us to further understand where we are performing to an excellent standard and areas we can look to further improve. All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
