Sehr heruntergekommen, Toilette im Zimmer mit ner offenen Tür, klobürste auf Anfrage, jeden Tag ein und das selbe essen teilweise vom Vortag und dazu noch sehr sehe schlecht, die Leute essen hier Hauptsächlich nur Pizza und Spaghetti, Obst nur Bannanen und Äpfel, Besteck ist dreckig, die Tische zu hoch und die Stühle zu niedrig Kein 5 Sterne Hotel

    Dear Andreas, Many Thanks for taking the time to complete a Holidaycheck review about your stay at Port Ghalib Resort. Guest feedback is important to the hotel as it allows us to further understand where we are performing to an excellent standard and areas we can look to further improve. All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
