Wir waren vom 27.04.2017 - 12.05.2017 im hotel port ghalib resort jetzt meine beschreibung dieses hotel. Ich kann nur sagen es ist eine tolle anlage und jetzt was uns nicht gefallen hat. Die lagune ein traum leider konnte man in der lagune nicht schwimmen groß genung und lang genug wäre die lagune wenn sie nicht nur 1 meter tief wäre, und zum schwimmen nicht geeignet ist obwohl es salzwasser ist. Anlage sehr gross zimmer sehr schön und auch sehr gross und auch immer sauber da konnte keiner meckern. Das essen war immer das selbe, es war auch nicht gut kein geschmack nicht schön aufgebaut jeden tag das selbe, welcher Mensch da eine gute bewertung hier abgibt den kann ich nicht verstehen , wir waren schon sehr oft in ägypten wir können nur sagen es war das schlechterste essen was wir je in ägypten bekommen haben, beim essen würde ich dem hotel 1 stern geben das war leider schade ,aber da waren wir mit unserer meinung nicht die einzigen das essen konnte man vergessen es war zu schlecht. Ansonsten war die anlage sehr schön , wir würden aber trotzdem nicht mehr in dieses hotel reisen es gibt bessere hotels in ägypten wie das hotel zu einer so hohen bewertung kommt ist uns ein rätsel.

All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. This comment has been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
