Gut aber, nicht freundlich fur altere Leute Zu Fuss ist alles fern und schwer mit fiele Treppen, wenn man nicht gut zu Beine ist.
Wir sind schon 7 mahl dort gewesen, aber solche schlechte location habben wir noch nie gehabt. Altere leute (fast 70 jahre) werden fern und am hoechsten stock gesiedelt. Weit weg am andere ende des Hotels, fern von Restaurant, Pool und Meer, weil junge leute die beste Zimmer bekommen haben
Am anfang gut, aber spaeter slecht und wenig moeglichkeiten etwas anderes zu essen, weil oefter die gleiche speisen angeboten wuerden.
Das meiste Personal war sehr gut und freundlich Aber wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen was versprochen war und da wurde kein gutes alternatief angeboten ( unsere beschwering hatte gar nichts ausgemacht, wir fuehltenuns als altere diskriminiert)
Transfer von Flughafen bis Hotel is nur 10 minuten, aber durch die reiseleitung hat es mehr als 45 minuten gedauert. Zu fuss waeren wir schon frueher angekommen!!!!!

Guest feedback is important to the hotel as it allows us to further understand where we are performing to an excellent standard and areas we can look to further improve. All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
