Anlage ist riesig! Es gibt eine Lagune und einen schönen Pool! Liegen werden allerdings alle um 6 Uhr morgens schon reserviert, sodass man nach dem Frühstück keine Chance mehr hat einen Schattenplatz zu kriegen. Sowas ist ein NO-GO! Hier sollte ein Mitarbeiter alle Handtücher radikal runterschmeißen! Meer ist super schön mit einem tollen Riff. Hier gibt es genügend Liegen mit Schirmen und einem zusätzlichen Windschutz! Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und super sauber! Am Hafen ist man in 5 min mit schönen Restaurants und Sishabars. So und nun warum ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehle: Essen und Trinken ist eine absolute Katastrophe!! Ich war schon in einigen Hotels aber so etwas Schlechtes hab ich noch nie erlebt! Wasser, Cola und Fanta schmecken nur nach Chlor, Weißwein ist total warm, Cocktails sind ungenießbar, da sie nur nach Zucker schmecken! Beim Essen gibt es fast jeden Tag das Selbe. Das Einzigste was man einigermaßen essen kann sind Nudeln und Pizza. Fleisch zum Beispiel schmeckt total nach Tier! Geschirr nicht sehr sauber und schmierig! Am Eingang des Hauptrestaurants riecht es sehr stark nach Kotze! Animateure sind bemüht aber sehr sehr schlecht! Das Hotel ist einfach eine totale Massenabfertigung und man merkt dass viele einfache Leute hier herkommen, da der Preis unschlagbar ist. Mich wird dieses Hotel allerdings nicht mehr sehen.

Guest feedback is important to the hotel as it allows us to further understand where we are performing to an excellent standard and areas we can look to further improve. All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay.
