Wir sind das 2. Jahr in Folge im Port Ghalib Resort. Wir sind mit Freunden hingeflogeen und haben uns für das hotel entschieden weil wir es vom letzen Jahr ganz gut fanden. Hafen und Flughafen sind in der Nähe. Leider hat es zum letzen Jahr an service und Essen abgenommen, was sehr schade ist.
Zimmer war immer sauber. Es wird früh bis abends sauber gemacht. Im Zimmer gab es einen Fernseher mit deutschen Sendern die leider ab und zu gehangen haben. Dusche hätte mehr Druck haben können. Wir hatten wenig Steckdosen im Zimmer, eine ging gar nicht wurde aber repariert. Betten waren auch ganz ok.
Mit dem Essen kamen die nicht hinter, man hat ewig anstehen müssen ob es beim Rührei oder bei Nudeln, Pizza war. Gläser waren zu wenig und haben teilweise sehr gestunken, nass und heiß. Das Essen hat auch abgenommen. Nudeln zu weich oder zu hart.
Service, sehr sehr schlecht. Die Teller und Gläser wurden abgeräumt. Aber nie nach einem Getränk gefragt. Wir haben uns immer gleich an der Bar was geholt. Dieses Jahr war das hotel ausgebucht das hat man gemerkt.
Das Hotel ist ca 15 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Die meisten Schnorchel Ausflüge gehen vom Hafen los, der ca 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar ist, dort gibt es auch eine Shopping Meile mit kleinen Restaurants.

Animation früh war Inordnung, Nachmittag wurde einmal wegen Volleyball gefragt. Abends die Shows, sind eben immer das selbe. Pool Anlage ist sehr groß es gibt ein Salzwasser Lagune ein Roundell mit Wasserfall und rutschen. Und einen Pool wo früh die Animation gemacht wurde. Alle pools sind zwischen 100cm-120cm tief.

All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
