Regarding the drop-off, please note that you had booked a transfer through your tour operator, and unfortunately, the hotel does not have control or responsibility over the transfer service. We understand that it may have caused some inconvenience, but we hope this clarifies the situation. I am also sorry that the food was not to your liking. As for the location, our property is located in Analipsi, and the surrounding area and its properties are beyond our control.
