In vielen Bereichen keine 5 Sterne, bei früher Anreise kein Raum zum Umziehen, kein Gepäckraum. Kein Übersichtsplan der Anlage, alles über die Mitsi App nur English, Buchungen der Themenrestaurants Nervig da meistens schon alles ausgebucht war, am besten gleich bei Ankunft buchen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und haben wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer wurden eher schnell gereinigt als gründlich. Die Betten waren sehr gut.
Hauptrestaurant Essen immer das gleiche, wenn Ihr hier das Essen der Themenrestaurants mit ins Hauptrestaurant bringen würdet, wären die 5 Sterne gerechtfertigt. Für Vegetarier wenig Auswahl. Drinks an der Bar wurden frisch zubereitet.
Zu den Show Zeiten (Poolbar) zu wenig Personal das die Tische bedient.
Anfahrt zum Hotel ca. 30 Minuten. Auf alle fälle nach Rhodos Stadt fahren, alle 20 Minuten gibt es die Möglichkeit mit dem Bus nach Rhodos Stadt zu fahren, kostet € 5 für 2 Personen, bei Rückfahrt gleich das Ticket am Schalter kaufen, da hier die Rückfahrzeiten eingetragen werden, oder mit den Taxi zurück, ca. € 25.-
