Dear Dasi, We would like to thank you for taking the time and rating us about your experience at Mitsis Faliraki Beach Hotel & Spa. We do appreciate and take all feedback seriously as it provides us with insight in to areas of our business where our guests feel that we require some improvement, and other areas where we are exceeding their expectations. However, regarding the sunbeds , we would like to mention that we do have enough sunbeds for all our guests however not all of them are located in the central pool area which tends to be busy, the second pool area, around the water-slides pool and at the beach you can find free sunbeds at any time of the day. Furthermore, We are passionate about offering you rich culinary experiences in the all-inclusive and à la carte restaurants of our hotels & resorts, inspired by the Greek and international cuisine, always accompanied with the most exquisite drinks and cocktails to please the most demanding palates. Your comments and suggestions are highly appreciated and will be taken into consideration in our constant effort to improve our services and facilities.
