Wir sind gerade von einem 14-tägigen Aufenthalt im Mitsis Faliraki zurückgekehrt. Nach anfänglichen Startschwierigkeiten (sehr laute Poolbar-Musik, Zimmer direkt gegenüber der Poolbar) bekamen wir, dank Managerin Louisa, ein Top-Zimmer im 3. Stock mit direktem Meerblick. Generell: Top Sauberkeit in der gesamten Hotel-Anlage! Außergewöhnlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Im Hauptrestaurant-/Frühstücksbereich sorgten u.a. Panagiotis, Savvaz und Eva täglich für besten Service. Danke, dass Ihr mir geholfen habt, meine bescheidenen Griechisch-Kenntnisse zu verbessern! Mit einer Ausnahme war das Abendessen hier sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Gleiches gilt für die à la carte Restaurants Italienisch, Griechisch und Pan-Asiatisch: Top Service und selten gutes Essen! Danke an Matthew, Nour und Carlo. Unbedingt gleich bei Ankunft reservieren. Lohnt sich. Der Service in der Hotel-/Cafebar war ebenfalls äußerst aufmerksam dank Alina, Nasia, Julya und Natalia. Das Hotel wirbt mit Familienfreundlichkeit, interessanterweise fallen die vielen kleinen Kinder im Hotel kaum auf. Insgesamt ein sehr gut geführtes, tolles Hotel, an die täglichen abendlichen Unterhaltungsshows gewöhnt man sich, außer an Pedro Santana, der zwar sehr unterhaltsam, aber viel zu laut war. Im Mitsis Faliraki fühlt man sich sofort bei der Ankunft/Begrüßung, dank Nikos, Maria und Dimitri, wie zu Hause. Wir können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.
