Altes, abgewohntes Hotel. Angeblich 2024 renoviert, man fragt sich nur wo. Das Hotel liegt auf einer Halbinsel. Der nächste Ort mit Restaurants (falls man mal warm essen möchte) ist per Wassertaxi für 2€ pro Person und Fahrt zu erreichen.
Zimmer groß, aber alt und abgewohnt. Zwei Betten sind zu einem Doppelbett zusammen geschoben (Achtung Besucherritze!). Wir haben aber gut geschlafen darin. Es gibt eine Couch, einen kleinen Schreibtisch mit Hocker, einen Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee, eine Minibar, jeden Tag Wasserflaschen, das Bad ist offen, große Dusche, Toilette abgetrennt durch eine Schuppentür, einen offenen Kleiderbereich mit Safe, Flachbildschirm-TV, Deutsches TV nur nach Beschwerde 2x täglich, dafür BBC oder TV Polonia uneingeschränkt…
Durchweg kaltes Buffet. Warmes Essen Mangelware. Es wird nicht rechtzeitig nachgelegt. Beim Frühstücken oft keine Tassen da. Kaffeeautomat oft defekt oder leer. Gläser mit Bier oder Radler oft nur halbvoll. Tagsüber Getränke in Plastikbechern, leider haben wir das auch abends im Restaurant erlebt - und abgelehnt!
Die Jungs im Restaurant oder in den Bars geben sich Mühe und sind freundlich.
Von Hurghada sind es gut 3 Stunden. Das Hotel liegt auf einer Halbinsel. Sonst ist da nichts.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. * Concerning the location (1/6), Marsa Alam Airport is 10 minutes from the hotel, but you chose to flay to Hurghada 3 hours from the hotel, it is not the hotel mistake, and the Hotel is in Port Ghalib for the guest who like to escape from the city, if you need to go out for a city you should stay in a hotel in Hurghada, * Concerning the room (1/6) you stated that you have all the facilities, and you slept well!!!! * Concerning the service (3/6) you stated that the restaurant & Bar staff are friendly and traying hard!!!! * Concerning the food & Drinks (1/6) you could contact the staff, and they will get what you want, for the plastic cups, it is an international rule that no Glasse cups allowed on the swimming pool bars area for the guest safety, Dear guest if you were not happy in the hotel, you could contact your tour operator representative and change the hotel instate of staying 3 weeks unhappy, Having you as our guest was a pleasure, our best wishes are with you!
