Im Magic Beach waren wir dieses Jahr zum neunten Mal, heißt das ist fast unsere 2. Heimat. Wir werden immer sehr nett und familiär begrüßt und alle Zimmerwünsche werden sofort erfüllt.
Die Rezepion ist mit sehr höflichen und kompetenten Mitarbeitern besetzt und der Rezeptionschef Awny hat für alles eine Lösung und vergisst seine Gäste nicht. Am Strand ist immer noch unser treuer Sayed, der mit seinem Kollegen dort alles im Griff hat, Sauberkeit und Ordnung wird hier wirklich großgeschrieben.
Die Küche ist so, das man immer etwas leckeres zum Essen findet, der Service ist gut und man kann nichts beanstanden.
Das Animationsteam hat in der Mitte unseres Urlaubs gewechselt und kam mit vielen neuen Ideen auf die Gäste zu, die alle gut angenommen worden sind.
Alles in Allem wieder ein gelungener Urlaub in unserem Lieblingshotel Magic Beach, und wir sind uns sicher, das wir nächstes Jahr dort wieder buchen werden.

We stayed at Magic Beach for the ninth time this year, which means it's almost our second home. We are always greeted very nicely and familiarly and all room requests are fulfilled immediately.
The reception is staffed with very polite and competent employees and the receptionist Awny has a solution for everything and does not forget his guests. On the beach there is still our faithful Sayed, who together with his colleague has everything under control, cleanliness and order are really important here.
The cuisine is such that you can always find something delicious to eat, the service is good and you can't complain about anything.
The animation team changed in the middle of our holiday and came up with many new ideas for the guests, all of which were well received.
All in all, another successful holiday in our favourite hotel Magic Beach, and we are sure that we will book there again next year.
