Dear Katjia, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are very happy that you overall enjoyed your stay in our hotel as well as the location of it. Regarding your comments on an incident that took place in the hotel premises please note the following. The hotel is in operation since 2002 and is in possession of all licenses required by the law. The staff that is trained in First aid every year counts more than 40 people and the lifeguards, are all professionals and have all the necessary documents required by law. Even so though, when a doctor is present in an incident, any lifeguard has to give priority to the doctor who is the most adequately trained person to give first aid and follow his/her instructions. The hotel is also equipped with all the necessary equipment and is in compliance with the Greek and International safety standards. Please also note that numerous Health and Safety checks take place in the hotel every season. The safety of our guests is our number one priority since day one of operation and we make sure we are always up to date with all safety standards. Finalizing, we would like to remind you that there is an official investigation in progress for the said incident. Unless you are invited from the authorities to testify, we would advise you not to publish your personal view on this, because you may cause unjustifiable defamation to the hotel or the family involved in the incident. Furthermore, we are sorry to read that despite the fact that you enjoyed your holidays, you would not recommend our hotel.
