Das Zimmer wurde kaum gereinigt. Das Essen war sehr eintönig. Das Personal bewegte sich nur gegen reichlich Trinkgeld. Gäste wurden eher als störend empfunden. Die Animation war eine Zumutung.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience which you have experienced during your stay. The service provided to our guests is the primary concern and it would certainly appear that there was a breakdown in the high standards that we endeavor to maintain at the Jaz Casa Del Mar Resort and at all Jazz hotels and resorts. Service at all our restaurants, outlets and variety of food as well as a taste are the minimum standard at our house, and I assure you that our Chef is looking into the matter, ensuring that the variety and quality of the food is always at its prime. We share your comments regarding the staff attitude with all department concerned, corrective action will be taken and more training to all staff to meet the guest expectations.
