We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. However, we would like to thank you for your positive comments about our varied and delicious food and friendly and helpful waiters. With regards to your comments about our rooms, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel. We do wonder why the overall score is 2.2, as your kind self did not mention any further concerns. We would like to highlight that you spoke to Guest Relation during your stay and did not mention any issue regarding your stay. Kindly contact us with further details, so we may act on them and enhance our future guests’ stay, as we do value the opinion of our guests and their feedback, and we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel.
