Aus DeutschlandUnterkunft sehr weitläufig mit div. unterschiedlichen Poolbereichen. Alles in allem sehr schön, sauber und gut in Schuss. Die Anlage ist riesig und bietet genügend Platz für Jedermann. Leider stehen überall Aschenbecher. Ich würde mir "Raucherbereiche" wünschen, damit alle anderen Orte als Nichtraucherbereiche ausgewiesen werden könnten und man mit Kind nicht ständig Aschenbecher wegräumen müsste. Die Buffet-Restaurants sind geräumig und bieten eine Auswahl an Speisen, die vielleicht etwas mehr Abwechslung gebrauchen könnte. Die div. Restaurants mit Bedienung bieten leider während der Mittagszeit ein sehr unterdurchschnittliches und liebloses Essen an. Mit wenigen Ausnahmen nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben daher zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes auch zur Mittagszeit nur noch im Buffet-Restaurant gegessen. Die farblichen Mülleimer, in denen Abfall getrennt entsorgt werden kann, sind eine Farce. Ich selbst habe mit eigenen Augen gesehen, wie der Müll später vom Personal in einem einzigen großen ********** entsorgt wurde.

However, we would like to thank you for your positive comments about our spacious accommodation, different pool areas and cleanliness. With regards to your comment about smoking areas, kindly be informed that we do prevent our valued guests to smoke in food serving area during the service. Moreover, our staff is at your disposal to assist you in finding a suitable place and to withhold ashtrays if not needed. With regard to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste, but we cater for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless, our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking. Lastly, we would like to highlight that we do preserve our environment with a clear measures, such as waste sorting, biodegradable and recycled material for straws, glasses,… . We believe it might have been a misunderstanding, and we did not find in our system such a concern reported to our Front Office or management. We would have taken immediate action, if needed. Nevertheless, the matter will be investigated thoroughly. We hope to have the pleasure to welcome you back again in the future, so we may provide you with a perfect holiday experience.
