Essen sehr schlecht. Hat zu Durchfall und Übelkeit geführt. Wenig Abwechslung und Auswahl. Wasser ungenießbar. A-la card Restaurant war das selbe, wie in der poolbar, die Pizza kann man nicht als Pizza betiteln. Nicht essbar. Das geschmolzene Eis im Eiswürfelbehälter war braun. Cocktailmixer wurde mit Leitungswasser abgewaschen und nicht getrocknet.

With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless, our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking. We are very sorry that you did not feel well during your stay, however we would like to highlight that hygiene is the number one priority to us and we have a clear and precise action plan to ensure that high levels are met. Everything to do with health and safety is monitored by a leading UK health and safety advisor named Cristal who carry out audits on everything relating to your safety including food and drink. We have the documentation to prove that our hotel is operating in a safe and hygienic way as we always score in the extremely high level. In fact we are so confident of our high levels of hygiene that, when guests are reporting illness, we offer them a free stool analysis at the local hospital in order that everyone can be assured that the sickness is just the usual result of too much sun, change of temperature, change of food, change of cooking style, overeating, over-drinking, shocking the stomach with ice-cold drinks, mixing the wrong type of foods together, change of diet, etc. During your stay you have been contacted by Guest Relation and you stated you were satisfied with everything and not even mentioned about illness. Therefore, we do wonder how you can self-diagnose that you got sick from the food without having any tests done at all, e.g., blood test and stool samples. We are also wondering how the melted ice can be brown, as first of all restaurants and bars are giving a deep cleaning in between each sitting and at the end of each day; secondly soft drinks machines (including water), ice makers and coffee machines have an ultraviolet sterilizing system and filters. The water used to produce ice is therefore completely safe for the health. This means that tap water in all our bars, restaurants and kitchens is safe, as they are equipped with the ultraviolet sterilizing system as well.
