Aus DeutschlandEs könnte mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Zum Teil sind doch einige Ecken des Hotels und der Pools renovierungsbedürftig. Auch bei der Sauberkeit des Strands könnte mehr getan werden. Bei vielen Kinderangeboten ist einen Aufpreis notwendig. Essen war gut, allerdings finde ich es fürchterlich dass das Personal im Hochbetrieb der Essenzeiten sich per Hand am Essen bedient und sich zwischendurch in den Mund steckt.

With regards to your comments about cleanliness, we would like to note that everyday all areas are checked and cleaned by our housekeeping and recreation departments. we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel.
