Die Anlage war groß und sehr schön. Der Stand war schön und läd zu langen Spaziergängen im Wasser ein. Wer schnorcheln möchte muss sehr weit im Meer laufen. Das Essen war einfallslos und hatte einen niedrigen Standard. Keine große Auswahl. Es hat alles sehr fade geschmeckt. Die Zimmer waren oke, aber das Badezimmer sollte dringend moderniert werden. Die Promoter sind einem schon auf die Nerven gegangen aber haben nach einem 3. nein aufgehört zu fragen. Service erhält man nur gegen Trinkgeld, ansonsten ist man nur Luft für die Mitarbeiter. Wir waren 1x alla carte essen. Kleine Portionen aber das Essen dort war etwas gehobener. Im Großen und Ganzen würden wir für höchstens 560€ für ne Woche nochmal hinfliegen.

However, we would like to thank you for your positive comments about our beautiful and large complex. With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless, our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking. With regards to your comments about our rooms, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2011. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel. With regards the sellers, we would advise that there is a "relaxing area" in which the sellers are only allowed for one hour during the day. However, your feedback has been passed along to the relevant department for their perusal. We are very surprised about your comments about the service. In fact, most of our guests regularly praise our service as very good and special. This also means that our guests always deserve nothing less than a friendly and positive attitude, and under all circumstances, not just tipping. This is the bare minimum we can expect from our employees and is a core part of the training our employees receive. You can be sure that we will continue to pay attention to it. We would still like to highlight that as it is well documented on online platforms and on the information sheet that all of our highly valued guests receive upon arrival, the main restaurants, pool bars and beach bar are self-service, although our waiters are more than happy to provide drinks for you, time permitting. However, their top priority is to clear and reset the tables. We hope to have the pleasure to welcome you back again in the future, so we may provide you with a perfect holiday experience.
