Die vielen positiven Bewertungen sind uns schleierhaft: Pool war massiv eingetrübt und sichtbar verschmutzt (es gab nach über einer Woche eine Reinigungsaktion, nachdem sich mehrfach massiv beschwert wurde - ob die Wasserqualität nachhaltig verbessert wurde, wagen wir zu bezweifeln) Zimmer, insbesondere Bad, renovierungsbedürftig mit Stockflecken an der Decke Restaurant: Gläser stanken häufig nach Chlor und abgestandenen altem Brackwasser- wirklich wiederlich Essen: nicht 5* würdig Personal war freundlich Kinderclub war top

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Jaz Bluemarine to spend your holiday. My team and I would also like to thank you for your critical and valued feedback. We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. However, we would like to thank you for your positive comments about our friendly staff and the kids’ club. With regards to your comment about our pools, please be informed that all the pools are being cleaned every night and chemical levels, chlorine and pH levels are being monitored on a daily basis. Guests stating that the pool is not clean is simply untrue, unless they complain about a leaf or a insect that had just fallen in, which we of course cannot prevent but do clean after all. With regards to your comments about our rooms, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel. We note your comment about the glasses; however, we would advise that hygiene is the number one priority to us and we have a clear and precise action plan to ensure that high levels are met. Everything to do with health and safety is monitored by a leading UK health and safety advisor named Crystal who carry out audits on everything relating to your safety including food and drink. With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless, our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking.
