    Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Jaz Bluemarine to spend your holiday. My team and I would also like to thank you for your critical and valued feedback. We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. However, we would like to thank you for your positive comments about our cleanliness. We note your comment about our location “isolated from everything”, however, please note that our address is publicly available information, and we can easily be found on Google maps as well. Nevertheless, your kind self decided to spend your holiday in our resort. With regards to your comments about our rooms, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2011. Regarding your comment about our service, kindly be informed that, as well documented on all online platforms, travelers’ brochures and on the information sheet you received upon arrival, all bars and main restaurants are self-service, although our waiters are more than happy to provide drinks for you, time permitting. However, in the main restaurants, their top priority is to clear and reset the tables. With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste, but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless, our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking. Lastly, we do not understand your comment “Wasn’t there” about the entertainment. Even though, the entertainment provides the same entertainment as you will find in most hotels in Egypt. Every night we have a kids disco, followed by a show (four times a week from outside entertainers. In addition, there are live singers in the bars several times a week.
