Es war ein sehr schlechter Urlaub. Personal ist unmotiviert, will nicht arbeiten, vor allem das Servicepersonal: immer sehr faul, versteht einen nicht egal welche Sprache man spricht. Die Internetverbindung ist sehr schlecht, nicht stabil und wir konnten sie überhaupt nicht nutzen. Es ist der schlechteste Service, der jemals für Gäste erbracht werden konnte, die viel Geld für Entspannung bezahlt haben.
Wir haben noch nie so schlecht in irgendeinem Hotel wie hier gegessen . das Essen eine Katastrophe. Der Hauptspeisesaal gleicht einer Bahnhofshalle ( null Ambiente ) Zum Frühstück gab es immer Hartes Brot ( Weissbrot , Roggenbrot , Toastbrot ) ,harte Brötchen , harte Croussaint . Kaffee gab es nur in Tassen , Säfte ( zum teil warm )sind nur aus Pulverkonzentrat , die Kochecke für Omletts war immer dreckig , null Abwechslung.
Das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter sollte vom Management kontrolliert werden. Wir können keinen guten Service erhalten, ohne Trinkgeld zu zahlen.

Kindly note, our personnel work constantly to provide excellent service and we always provide training for the staff how to deal with guests. Tipping is not obligatory and our staff are instructed never to request tips, however, we consider our valued guest opinion. Regarding the main restaurant, our Chefs are always available in the main restaurant to deliver special orders upon request and for discuss with the guest. And kindly be informed, we have Main Buffet plus 3 Food courts and 2 A la Carte’s restaurants inside the hotel and 7 in around our complex and its available for our guests once per week free of charge. Regarding our internet provider, we offer free limited WIFI, for higher speed we offer the charge packages. We would appreciate it if you could communicate all of your comments to us during your stay so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
