Auf den Bildern sieht alles natürlich schön aus, durch meine Erfahrung kann ich aber das Gegenteil behaupten.Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlichen bemüht, manchmal etwas zu eifrig wenn es um Trinkgelder geht.
Das Essen ist vollkommen geschmacklos Man scheint nichts zu würzen Die Kuchen werden alle aus dem selben Teig und der selben Creme gemacht und einfach mit diversen Farben eingefärbt, also schmeckt das Erdbeertörtchen genau so wie das Mangotörtchen Das Fleisch ist fett und knorpelig Die Getränke ob Säfte (nur aus künstlichen Stoffen) oder Cocktails (keiner kann sie machen) sind nicht trinkbar
Das Personal ist freundlich, erwartet aber für alles Trinkgeld Außerdem scheint es mehr Personal als Gäste zu geben arbeitet der Service nur wenn man sein Portemonnaie auf den Tisch legt. Fragen wurden entweder ignoriert oder konnten nicht verstanden werden, da das Personal weder deutsch noch englisch konnte...

We ensure that all staff members are doing their utmost to make your stay more comfortable. Of course not all our employees are speaking German but we can assure you most of our team are English speakers and some of them German speakers. Kindly we inform you that Main Buffet works according a weekly schedule and offers International cuisine with an Oriental corner and a spices corner is available for the guests to amend the dish for all different tastes. We have 3 Food courts and A la Carte’s restaurants available for our guests once per week free of charge. Our Chefs are always available in the main restaurant to deliver special orders upon request. The hotel is using high quality of food and drinks material manufactured by international and local brands assuring the good quality of products.
